Minor races poping up on weird planets?

I have a problem with the minor races poping up on some of the planets that come up and I was wondering how do I not get them to do that.

 

Here are some of the gliches for the game.

1. A minor race pops up on the planet of Saturn in earth star system in one game and I was wondering how did they do that.

2. Another minor race pops up on Earth when I was playing as the terrans and my home world moved to Marz for some reason. I wonder why they keep doing this.

3. This is not based on my question but after a while the game crashes to the main menu.

I am playing Galactic Civlizations 2 Ultamate Edition.

1. Minor races do that (in non-TA versions anyway).

 

2. That is a "Mega-event," you had a revolt and a faction took over Earth. Apparently you missed the notification popup. Sometimes I mindlessly click these away too, as I assume they are another notification. These happen at the beginning of your turn. I don't think DL has this feature (it's a DA & TA only feature). You may be able to turn off these events with the checkmark or the slider at the beginning of your game.

 

3. a. Back off your OC. b.Check your RAM, run Memtest86+ V4.x overnight, no errors allowed. c. Run Prime95 (blend) overnight, all threads must continue running. d. Run LinX (problem size 25000, 25 passes) overnight, no errors allowed. e. If all this works no errors, reinstall the game (uninstall first). If this didn't work, your install, and/or OS, may be corrupted.
