Hi all-
Please help--this problem has existed for several months. I cannot view ratings nor can I download more skins. There are no error messages given....it simply performs as if it's downloading, but the skin does not show up in either "Display Properties" or "WindowBlinds Configuration"!

The only way I could circumvent this problem was to re-download "WindowBlinds".....as if I had just purchased the product. I can't re-install "WindowBlinds" everytime the site does not let me download more WB. The ratings, however, are not viewable unless I log out, but as soon as I log in the ratings disappear....regardless of whether I have just redownloaded WB or not.

I am a level 4 user, I have the read the FAQ's but nothing there has helped, I cross referenced the account, I have written "Stardock Support" adnauseam....they NEVER reply!!! > >

PLEASE HELP...I'm at the end of my rope and not a happy camper. I love WC and try to support it by purchasing products and membership and you all have helped me out no matter how simple or difficult my questions are....so please help me out on this one. I'm at my wits end!!!

wow...don't get nervous on me (1 post was enough ). I wanted the WB version but that's OK. Open WB config and in right column click on 'Filter Skin List'....check all and click ok


Do your skins now show?

Sorry I have no clue whats going on.....it kept showing a clean window every time I tried to submit and then a privacy window kept opening up regarding inability to post at this site. Then it logged me out and when I came back in all the posting attempts showed up. So sorry.

If you actually had to check anything in the filter list then unload WB and reload it thru the start menu

Well the list of skins still remains as long as I leave a check mark on the 'others' box. If I remove ALL the checks then the skins disappear. Should I still unload?

There should be 12 to 15 categories (including 'others') Check all of them and then unload.

All I have is uninstall 'logon studio' or 'browser' in the start menu....is that what you mean? And which one? Does it matter?

OK I unloaded then reloaded......the skin still doesn't show on the lists.

Something is not right... in the Start Menu/Programs scroll up to Object Desktop and tell me the programs it shows....

click on my nick...that's what I want. Click again on the image and it will enlarge

OK...that's fine. I want you to go to the WB skin section and download 'Bubble Wrap' to a temp folder. Open WB config and click 'install from disk'. Point to that file and double click on the file. Does it now show in your skin list at bottom of WB config? If it does,click on it and then hit 'apply' and see if it does.
