Hide Text Enabled for Editing Log Off/Shut Down Screens not working

Cant seem to get the text to hide when editing Log Off and Shut Down

for an XP WB.

I have enabled the Hide Text option under the "XP Specific" section in Skin Studio.

I had posted this issue at Win Cusomize and then treied to copy/paste here and messed up.
