Someone please help me? I bought WindowsBlind and I am having trouble getting it installed? Where is it ??????? Impulse says I ghave to get it through them but when i try it gives me this...Impulse needs to be updated/restarted before applications can be installed or updated. How do i updated??? Im so frustrated please help me.
