Site problems?

Main page rolls up out of site!

Just came by the site and with both Firefox and IE the main page rolls up to where all I can see is the very bottom of the page,..ie...Home/About/Privacy/...etc.

Been doing that for me off and on for a long time too.

Since last night I have been getting "http error" when trying to upload to the Screenshot gallery.

Long time for me too. Try mousing over Tom's picture, clicking 3 times and saying, "There's no place like home."

You'll need some red shoes.

All I see is the site header.

Everything appears ok here. Home Page, Galleries and Forums normal. Did a partial test upload as far as Preview upload - ok, no Http error. |-)

All attempts by me to upload to galleries is producing http error.:meow: Both IE8 and Firefox

Try disabling any adblock software and then log out and back in again.  If that fixes the issue please post here.

I don't use any ad blocking but I did log off, ran CrapCleaner, logged back in and did not get the HTTP error when uploading. Thanks Hankers, just a good example of why your promo was so well deserved!<3 :inlove:

All I'm seeing is the main header as Po has displayed above...been like this all day since the new updates were added to the forums. :(

Still seeing the same thing on Windows7 using Google Chrome.

Everything looks fine to me. I'm using IE 9 beta in compatibility mode for WC.

PO, unless you moved, we should still have the same ISP.

Same here... even a forced refresh doesn't fix it.  Fortunately, the forums tab was visible, cos that's primarily what I logged in for... being that people uploading to the galleries has been affected also.

Anyone else logged in one minute, then logged out when they've posted something?

I was logged in on 'My Replies', no problem, but when I made a reply to vStyler in his Jacksonville Wins thread I was suddenly logged out... which really pisses me off because it was a longish reply and copy paste didn't work when I tried to resume.  Now I gotta write it out all over again... grrrr.

Hey! They updated the site! I see walnut1 now instead of walnut3!   ;P

Update: Damn! Now I'm back to walnut3! :(

Just tried uploading a screenie and I couldn't get the images loaded. HTTP error????? WTF? x_x

Pages also seem to be taking a lot longer to load... and sometimes in the forums the page does not fully render, as in the reply box isn't there, just the last post and nothing below.  A hard refresh sometimes fixes it, but sometimes it takes more than one attempt before I can access anything.

OldMsgt - Try disabling Adblock Plus for the WinCustomize site and then restart your browser and re-login to WC.

Yes that did the trick thanks

If anyone is still having a problem with the site's content being blank, please let us know. We recently added some more advertisements for non-subscribers (subscribers will not notice a difference), which was triggering AdBlock.

The reason subscribers may also have noticed the issue was we used the word "ad" in some of the new css classes...which AdBlock mistook as the entire area being an advertisement. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.

Currently investigating the http error that is being reported when uploading. For those experiencing this problem, can you please try clearing your browser's cookies and relogging in?

Didn't work for me earlier in the day, but I tried again and voila... the front page loads correctly

However, I am having issues with being logged out and not being able to log back in again... persistent error messages: "Unable to find the requested page." or: The Server at Stardock Net took took long to respond.... "

The only way I'm able to log back in is to close FF and reopen it, then hit the bookmark on my toolbar.  Thing is, I'll be logged in for a while and suddenly I'm mysteriously logged out again.

If I go to the galleries from the forums or home page, I need to log in there. Then when I log on in the galleries and return to the forums, I'm logged out of the forums again.:annoyed:

Win7/64 and IE8 with no script blocker,ad blocker or any other such add-on or app running. All this logging, I'm starting to feel like a lumberjack.o_O
