Program or docklet order in Object Dock?

Is anyone aware of an easy way to rearrange the order of programs or docklets on object dock? I thought perhaps click and drag but that doesn't appear to work. Thanks in advance.

Uncheck 'Dock Taskbar Enabled' and then drag and drop........
