Forbidden to download?

I'm a registered windowblinds user. Why can't I download anything? I was thinking about purchasing icon packager too but this stinks!

I too registered and purchased the $19.95 and can not install a thing! It is getting to be very irritating! I have reformatted my hard drive many times and reinstalled xp pro many times and find doing that easier than installing or downloading this. Can someone tell me what it is I'm obviously doing wrong?

'purchased' was the word I was looking for...if you don't buy anything there is a download cap. What exactly is it doing when you download a skin?

Yes, what exactly is happening? Jazzman is level 3, and crushedacid is level 4, so neither of you should have a download cap.

Did you cross-reference your accounts? Go to "edit account" https://www.wincustomize.com/editaccount.asp and click on "cross-reference my account".

They don't need to cross-reference goodmorphing.......... they are levels 3,  and 4 already.
Guys, we can't help, if you don't give us more info........ what is happening when you try to download?

I 'purchased' Windowblinds. It's integrated into my desktop control. When I hit a download link, I get a page that says I don't have access to that page-that access is forbidden.
I thought it was an error at first---but it persisted!
