Transparency Problem

Hi everyone,

I have an issue with adjusting the transparency on this new skin. I'm trying to get it totally transparent but everytime I do it goes pure white. It worked before I formatted my computer but now it doesn't.

Any fixes for this? Thanks

If on Vista/7, have you re-run the Windows Experience Index?

I'm on Windows 7 64bit. Index is 5.8. Running with ATI Radeon 5850
