windows blinds and spyware doctor 8 not compatible?

i've been running spyware doctor ver 7 and window blinds 7 with no problems. i've just upgraded to the newest version of spyware doctor ver 8 and i get the following problems.

1) firefox, safari, google chrome will not open (only internet explorer opens), i get a memory access error (can not access specified memory location)

2) can not uninstall spyware doctor except from safe mode otherwise i get the same error as above, memory access error

3) can not open impulse, once again i get the same access memory error

Step i've tried

1) disabled all service and startup groups except spyware doctor ver 8 from msconfig (system back to normal, no access errors), windows blind is shut down though, and can open all browsers

2) reenabled all services and startup groups except windows blind and impulse (once again, everything normal)

3) reenabled all services and startup groups including windows blind and impulse (back to the errors listed above)

final note:

with spyware doctor ver 8 and windows blind ver 7 running at same time on windows 7 x64 with 4 gb's ram, system gets all kind of memory access errors

any suggestions or work arounds with this issue?

One further note, one both are running i can't install anything either
