Inverted Colours for eye strain

Are there any truely inverted colour themes??? Windows 7 transparent style ones preferably.

I bought WindowsBlinds specifically to darken my interface and get rid of as much white as possible. I spend a lotta time on my PC and suffer eye strain as a result.  However I've not found any inverted colour themes. 

 

Years ago I had a fully inverted interface back on XP using a .dll hack thing and a theme off deviant art i think it was. Having spent £30+ on WindowsBlinds i was expecting to easily find a new inverted theme. 

 

Can anyone help me?  I'm running Windows7 64bit.

This doesn't use windowsblinds but a set of replacement .dlls as found here:  http://deepxw.blogspot.com/2008/11/universal-theme-patcher.html

Its much easier on the eye to see light on dark.  It baffles me why there was nothing like this amoungst the 1000s of windows blinds, or at least none i could find using the search in numerous permitations.  :S

Dark skins tend to be rare because they are fundamentally flawed.  Too many applications hardcode black text in their UIs and with a skin with a black background you get black text on black which is unreadable.

I also believe some of the areas covered by those patched dlls are not something that can be modified without a dll patch and they tend to get broken every time Microsoft patch those files.  That is why we do not allow patched dlls on this site.
