[BUG][UI]Tactical Move mouse pointer still active after combat / in level up screen

The little treasure map icon is fun to try and use to click on the +/- buttons.

Yeah, this is the biggest bug I found so far for me. This, and the minor glitch for the sandcrawler shaman that has white text written over black text on the info card.
