Now Impulse says "Last updated 8/20"(!), instead of the Install button the Run button is back, and when I run it I get Beta 4 again.

They've been setting up for the release, which probably means they'd want to test to make sure the download/update works properly. I'm guessing that's why they disabled our keys, so they can mess with making sure the game is set up properly on Impulse and not worrying about people getting access to it. So if the run button is back, I imagine they just pulled the update after testing that it works 
all i got to say until we get the official its now available message.. I do not advise hitting update.. it could muck your current version and you be hosed until they are ready.. i.e. if ya play with fire ya might get burned.
