Shell Style/Task Pane arrows.

When I try using bitmaps in place of the tga files for these items, it breaks shellstyles and it won't work at all. I edit my files in Paint Shop Pro 8 and editing the tga files then saving them seems to corrupt them. What program works with tga images and will it open bitmaps? Is there another issue I'm dealing with here that I don't know about? I couldn't find anything relating to this in the forums.

when you say corrupted, do you mean they don't show, or that something worse occurs?

PSP 8 doesn't save tga files correctly, but there's an easy fix if you using SkinStudio 4. Go to Tools > Preferences > Editing > Image editors.... Enable the "Convert TGA files to PNG before using image editors"
Your problems with tga files will be history!

also if you are trying to use bitmaps in place of tga's make sure that you turn translucency off otherwise the bmp probably won't show right.
