Annoying little lines of blur

As you can see in the picture below, maybe not too clear. But there is a line of blur, along every side of any window i have. This is not on All skins, but only on those who do not use the standard aero window borders and such.

Now the problem may be because i used to use visual styles, and so i did the uxtheme patches and replaced explorer.exe, dll's. the whole deal. SO. (since i had all the original files of those) I replaced the patched/edited versions of the files, with the original ones. i rebooted my pc, relaunched windowblinds. but yet, it did not change anything. Anyone experiencing this aswell?

Skins (that i have.) that are experiencing this problem:

• Arsenic (DeviantArt)
• Snow leopard (DeviantArt)
• Sabertooth
• Acrylic 7 (DeviantArt)

Another problem: with windows live messenger (this is with ANY skin.) the chat windows keep getting reset in size no matter what i do. And since i have tabbed chats (messenger plus), whenever i switch chat through the tabs the window where i have the chats in either shrinks or grows about 3 to 15 pixels radius.

Please notify me if anyone is having these problems, and knows how to solve them.

Edit:

What I have just noticed, Is that the blur (original windows' blur) is never disabled. Wether its turned on or off in windowblinds. Probably this may cause the window to draw blur over the entire area of where windows thinks the window border is.
