[CRASH] Elemental Beta

Numerous crashes in v.9 but no dump file. Here are a few debug.err files however. First two randomly within game and the 3rd one on load game.

First crash in v.92 using fullscreen which resulted in a full system crash and thus a reboot. No dump file.

Deselecting fullscreen - 2nd crash during game which resulted in windows crash window. Dump file

Crashing still occurring in v.98. Full game lockup and ctd's.
