I just installed Windows 7 and now want to use my old Windowblinds serial! But where can i activate it?
Is you subscription to WindowBlinds current? If so then install Impulse and sign in, you should see WindowBlinds listed under the My Software Tab. 
The problem is, that I forgot my old account! Is it possible to transfer the Serial somehow?
Download & install Impulse, sign in to Impulse, download WindowBlinds through Impulse. Everything ought to work just fine, and it will be activated.

If you're having trouble with acct. info like username or password, then email Stardock support. You won't get a response until Monday, since it is now after hours on Friday, but they'll get back to you in a timely fashion.
That is what you need to do. This will require support to transfer the serial number to a new account.
