3-Snipers scope (Kill the towers and harass the players)

5-Tracker (Harass with snipe now)

6-Mines

7-Mines or Snipe

8-Whatever you didn't get at 7

9-Mark

10-Mines (super slow, use mark then mine)

11-Snipe

12-Mark

13-Slow

14-Slow

15-Mark

16-Slow

17-Angelic Fury

18-Angelic Fury

19-Angelic Fury

20-Angelic Fury

Favor Item

Lightning (So if the other teams gets early priests they wont be able to push)

Starting Items

Banded Armor, Lock, and Mana pot 

Mid/Late Game Items

Mana- Vlemish and Plenor (Get both for constant Snipe and Mine spam, if you have the money if not just get Vlemish)

Health- Unbreakable Boots, Nimoth Chestplate

Speed- Boots Of Speed (This will help you out for running away and harassing)

Carry Health pots, Mana pots, and locks

Citadel Upgrades

Fs1 (Get ASAP)

Exp1 (ONLY get this if your team is doing bad on levels, or you got a kill or two early)

Curr1 (Get ASAP)

Getting minions is a team thing but you must get at least 2 of them.

Nice build for my next Random Assassin game where I'm Regulus going against 2 TBs and a DA... I never play Regulus and to say that game went poorly would be an understatement.

I think blood soaked wand is actually a pretty good favor in random assassin games.

Also, Ninki's cata build is better than this (but pretty similar)

Which is why it's so good in random assassin games!

I think I meant WotS or DCV, but I'm not sure.
