If you have an active WinCustomize Premium Subscription (click the store link at the top if you don't) you can now create your own personal page.

Your personal page becomes a sub-domain of WinCustomize.com (i.e. frogboy.wincustomize.com). Only premium subscribers can see it now.

Your personal page lets you write blogs, view your gallery, make recommendations, see stats on everything from how many downloads your skins have gotten to your actual ranking overall in all kinds of areas. Plus there are awards for being a leader.

This is a beta, and it's the first phase of our WinCustomize 2K5 roll-out. We'll be making tweaks and fixes over the next week. Have fun!

Interesting.. on there, it says my level is 3.

well no matter what I try it still tells me i'm not a member, and I know I am. I'll try it again in a few months when some of the bugs are gone.

I seem to be missing something. I cannot see this option whatsoever in regards to a user home page.

It's a very cool idea though, and I'm looking forward to it.

...and if it *is* a temporary site under Frogboys ownership...? I am reading everything everyone has said so far and a lot of people have nothing but grief or problems with this (this = accessing their 'own' site). Methinks the gun has been jumped -)

Great idea... but (correct me if I am wrong) deliver before you announce the fabulous upgrade -)

I guess someone is going to have to break down and buy me a subscription, I wanna see what all the fuss is about.

Anyways, Frogboy, will there be anything WinCusto v5 that will be inaccessible to Level 3 users or below, but accessible by WinCusto subscribers? Or, are these current restrictions only limited to beta testing purposes? Additionally, I checked out the beta site, logged in, but since I don't subscribe (to wincustomize.com that is, despite being a journeyman and owner of odnt), I was unable to get past the 'please subscribe to see more' message.

My comment is, currently, the 'new' statistical userpage features look a little clumsy, how well do you think they'll integrate into the layout of the site? Or, is everything getting a make-over? Also, these blogging features you speak of, that will be from within our subdomain userpages (deviantART-esque), or linked with our JoeUser accounts?

Currently we do not have the forms to edit your personal information on the new skinning sites. But you can still edit your personal information (including Date of Birth) on the old site. Just go to Edit Account and click on the link to Edit your Stardock.net Account (https://www.wincustomize.com/wc_sdnet_info.asp). Once you have updated DOB your age should show up correctly after a few minutes (After the cache has been updated).

By The Way.. to upload a personal image / icon / desktop image, click on your "My Account" link and go to the "Update Images" tab.

Wow, this is so cool. All my old skins are there. These are skins that I deleted during a bad rant I had about a year ago. They are no longer on the WC site but they are in my gallery? hmm. Do I need to cross reference them? On second thought maybe I don't want to cross reference them.
