[Suggestion/Interface/Gameplay] Screen Movement

We really need some screen movement controls that aren't just the mouse. I need to be precise sometimes, and the mouse can just not do that for me.

Anyone agree?

Something like holding down the left/right mouse buttons simultaneously would let you "grab" the map and allow you to rotate the camera for a better viewing angle?

I'm surprised either WASD or the arrow keys aren't used, please do this, my wrist is killing me.

WASD and arrows should scroll the screen, not move units. Numpad could move units however.
