Ratings/Comments

I had nothing to do for a while so I started looking at the uploads in varrious catagories. Seeing how many comments were posted and if those commenters rated. Also who rated but didn't comment. This was done in 2 ways. One for those that go through moderation and those that don't.
Moderation...Those get a mod rating to start with. Unless you have a big name in whatever your skinning, you won't get many if any ratings and damn few comments also. ****Rating wise, that means whatever the mod gave you is whats going to stick.
Non-moderated.... Those get a non person rating of 6(3 stars) The first person that rates you is what your stuck with if no one else rates your piece. Just because you might get a comment remember, that doesn't mean you recieved a rating and visa a versa. I know that some mods will go through what they mod the most and try and comment and rate the JM's but none of us have the time it takes to do them all. So thats a hit and miss. So if I commented, I rated.
Ya know, we all have lives to live and even though some of us are retired, we do have things to do.
Some of the members that are here are past mods at WC and are mods on other sites so I know they know whats going on. I hope this might clear things up some.
