error with windowblinds public release

WindowBlinds is not installed correctly on this PC.  If you did not reboot after installing WindowBlinds 7 for the first time, then please reboot and try this again.(Generic PnP Monitor) 1 is attached to ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4670

I have tries rebooting and still get this message...

help... BTW: i am running windows 7 64 bit home edition....

Sounds like a bad install.
Try uninstalling WB - reboot - reinstall WB - reboot (before launching it)

no, this did not help, although i clicked on a theme, and then, when it went to apply it, it came up with the same error message and then asked me if i would like to try to fix it... i clicked yes, and then it changed my theme back to windows basic (with same background)....
