If I recall correctly,they are included with the current version of DS. I show v3.10.031 as installed in Impulse.

Both of those dreams are included with Deskscapes 3.1
If you do not see them then check that you have not unticked dynamic and hybrid dreams and that you are not filtering by a high rating.
