newbie: Please Help!

I recently purchased Objectdock, and its running fine.

Okay, now i want to replace the icons w/ some of the great icon work done by the community.  When i choose "ObjectDock" section of this website, and download any of the files there.....they are inevitably NOT .dockzip files.   I'm finding all kinds of other file-types but nothing i can just LOAD into my Objectdock directly.

Any suggestions?  (besides manually assigning individual icons .png)?

I'd really rather not buy MORE software (like Windows Blinds etc.) if i can help it.

thanks!

Most likely, you will get the icons in a zip file which you will have to decompress and manually create a folder (or place the folder)in something like (My) Computer/Local Disk C/ Program Files/Stardock/Bundled Images. Then, when you right-click on an icon that you want to change, you click on "Dock Entry Properties' which will bring up a box that has "Change Image" on it. Click on that, and you will see "Bundled Images". Open that, and your folder and icons will be available to you.

generally you want to put downloaded images into the C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\ObjectDock Library\Images folder......"Bundled Images" would be those that come with the program.
