Fog of war graphics

Can someone take a look at this screenshot and tell me if the fog graphics are normal? It is a static pea-soup kind of fog, don't know how to explain it. I remember the fog being more dynamic, having particles, and videos on YouTube seem to confirm that. I don't know why mine looks like this now but maybe I am just paranoid.

you should change the graphics settings back to higher. perhaps you have a new videocard with an old driver. update your driver.

Thanks, that fixed it. I didn't change my options from before so I don't know why that happened. Maybe they were reset by the patch. Anyway it is working well now.
