WB not apply changes properly

Excuse my English, I will help for myself by pics:)

So, I can't apply any changes from main window - nor styles, nor recolours etc. My window looks like:

I can apply a new skins only from Display settings, and without more customization:(

I use WinXP SP3

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 7.01 (build 83 x86)

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.

(ViewSonic VG2030wm SERIES) 1 is attached to NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250

You might also try uninstalling Windowblinds through Impulse, rebooting , reinstalling Windowblinds through Impulse and rebooting.

Or you can wait for support to answer your ticket...they are as prompt as they can be and very helpful.
