AquaXP.com - the next Aqua Community....

What is Aqua? Aqua means water but in Computers, Aqua is the UI of the Macintosh Operating System X. Since the UI of Mac OS X is so cool, people want to have the UI of Mac OS X on the PC. To feel that they're using a Mac. So Emulation begins.

AquaXP is one of the Aqua Emulation Community here in the Internet. AquaXP serves as the "mirror" or extension of Aqua-Soft.org. Some says that Emaculation is the mirror. I also recommend emaculation. "NO OFFENSE GUYS".

AquaXP has downloads, forums, and IRC chatting. Even though they not have sufficient members, they rock. But today, they are in-need of members so that their community are growing. The apps and skins are quite cool!

So what are you waiting for, guys, be a member of AquaXP now. Of course it's free!

If macs look so cool go out and buy one, I can't stand this crap of making a PC look like a mac.

MAC is cool. People mostly have PC's and PC"s at work. so changing to a new OS is not as simple as "I love thier GUI so I'll buy it."

I'm buying it because of the features and the need to work on and understand more than one OS.

I have to admit the first thing that comes to my mind is "ummm.. so get a MAC" but it is not that simple (or in some cases offordable)

So say good for them who want a different look for thier PC. I know I want a different look... not MAC exactly but differnt.

Yeah, well. I did Buy a Mac, that is. An old Beige G3, but it's still better than my PC. (which I now only use for gaming.)

You can "emulate" the look of Aqua on a Wintel box, but you can't get close to the *feel* of the thing. Like they say: "It just works...".

I have two feelings on this. I like the Mac look but like the Windows feel.
The Mac has a really good gui, the feel of Windows is the ease of use. My .02. In most part, this is like politics, (some will hate-some will like) I like the two as a combo.
