Play with Entrenchment and Diplomacy multiplayer?

How can I use all of the expansion content in one multiplayer game? It seems I have to launch vanilla Sins, Entrenchment and Diplomacy as seperate games, how can I get all the features of the expansions in one multiplayer game?

Just run Diplomacy and forget about all the other versions. Diplomacy contains all of the features of vanilla Sins, Entrenchment, and of course Diplomacy.

If you want them all bundled into one, you could always buy Trinity, but I'm not sure why you'd want to do that if you've purchased all the expansion packs anyway.
