Blind Design

There are many elegant and useful Blinds out there.

After playing around for a while I have noticed some haves and have-nots:

1) My taskbar has taken residence at the top of my screen, but many blinds have a helpful UP arrow replacing the Start button, I worry each time that I press this button that my start menu will eject itself out of my machine. Maybe there is a radical "Free Start" movement and I am unaware.

2) Most of the Start menus have retained or even increased the size of the icon viewer. Each time I click start, the Blind chops off the top half of my head. It's very depressing. I've changed my account icon to a bunny.

3) It's nice to give your windows a distinctive look. But I've seen enough movies to know that aliens have a short half-life. Successful aliens usually go for something more subtle. Think MIB. Subtle is classy and increases life expectancy.

4)  Visit 1337x.org to experience the sublime effect of yellow text on a white background. Or choose among the blinds with white sliders on white scroll bars on white app space to feel the same acceleration. My mouse kept on sliding off the screen.
