Every new gen traditionally looks worse than the previous one. And it always IS worse.

But thats not what I'm excited about. I am excited about the full 3D graphics, and the new visual effects never seen before in a Pokemon game. I saw the new revealing video the other day, and it completely blew me away.

Now, (I saved the best for last), the water starter, is the most HORRIBLE and sad thing I have ever seen in Pokemon and I am wondering how did this crap actually make it in the game. Imo i kinda like the pig...but i kinda find the water one looks....wierd.

i agree that kanto and johto are the best. But hoen wasnt that bad it was just too short. And i loved hoenn starters the most.

Hoenn was not bad, and neither was Sinnoh. But overall, Kanto and Johto are and will always be the best.

Well, if I were you, I wouldnt jump to conclusions, we just have to wait and see, because just looking at the pics, and knowing the new gen's Pokemon types, doesnt offer much insight does it?

And the steel and ground type might be pure tank as well. You never know.

What I really wanted to see in that vid, is if the new gen Pokemon look as bad as the 2 starters, and thankfully they dont.

imo i never liked frosslass. I will admit i have alittle bit of type bias to ground types. They can look like pile a mud and i would still say 'cool!!!!!!'

but imo i think the new dragon type i posted above looks kinda cool.

I also think the fire starter looks more like magmar as it evolves. Good or bad? i dont know yet
