Featured Skins

What's the Criteria

from WinCustomize Forums

Just wondering, and I couldn't find a related post.  What, if any, criteria is there for a skin to be featured on the home page?  Who is it that determines if something should be featured?  I thought maybe it was random, but I know that can't be the case due to certain skins getting featured the day after being uploaded.  Just wondering if there is a system or something.

From what I've seen, I.D., Jafo and the Mods have the input into it. The skin/wall/DX/logon..etc. goes thru Moderation, and is then assigned a rank (number of stars). The cream of the cream is then chosen.

We mods/admins select.  I guess you could say its what we like.

Well, on some of the features I've seen, that can't be it...but WOM's post makes more sense.  It's what the mod's/admin's like.

Probably not worded very well on my part.  :X     IMO, cream of the crop on some of them is stretching it though.
