Yeah its just a movie and yeah Brin''s page is date, but like any great topic, it makes a nice starting point for interesting ideas and stimulating discussions.

That was sad... It is a movie, who cares. The same goes for all the star wars lovers out there that wait in line for a month for a ticket. Dudes get a life. Its a movie, an entertaining, badly acted and badly written movie. I love star wars its a great series I read the books etc but it was just entertainment not something to devote my life 2.

step away from the lightsaber and go outside and take a walk, get some air, see a few real people....

having spent quite a bit of time studying film [formally] and even more studying classical literature, i'm afraid i came away from the article feeling brin just doesn't understand what he's talking about. it's always easiest to shoot at the big targets
