I just paid for Mike's (Sirus) skin everything went ok but i can't find the link anywere.....? 
I've looked on Impulse and here...?
You should have received an email with the link to download your purchase.
It should be listed on your Registrations page.

when i was paying for it i put the old E-mail address
dose that mean i lost it..? 
Also check your eMail Spam folder, in case it got sorted in there by mistake or whatever reason...

I'm looking in My hotmail and gmail acounts...
Hotmail is the one i put when i paid and the gmail one is the one i use for stardock.
I would email Stardock sales or support, or post in the support forum, or hop on IRC and bug somebody. 
I would think that if you were logged in when you made the purchase, it would still appear in your registrations, regardless of what email address you entered.
I see the skin associated with your account, you should be able to download via the link MikeB314 posted. Make sure to re-logon first.
Robbie_Boy: I've merged the account containing the Sirus skin into your current account. You should be all set.
