Per Application skinning

I have just recently bought Windowsblinds to skin a few apps ONLY, namely Thunderbird, Firefox and Digsby. I am using Windows 7 ultimate 32bit version on a 13" White Apple Macbook running core 2 duo 2ghz, 2.5gig of ram, intel gma950 integrated gpu. Can some tell why per applcation is not working, at ALL. I have the default windows aero skin selected and am happy with that however want skin the above selected apps only. The only time they skin is if I change the skin for the whole OS and not as indivdual apps. Can someone advise further before I ask for a refund.

Windows must have a skin applied for the per app to work, selecting default windows skins is how you turn off/disable WB from skinning.
