Bored now...

It seems I have today off work.

It is snowing heavily at the moment (vile stuff). I work at a college and have just found out it is closed today to staff and students.

So, what shall I do. I could play games. I could watch the cricket. I could do some more work on my kitchen (don't think so, work = bad). I'm going to get bored pretty quick if I can't decide what to do...

You know what, I wish I was here:

Instead of 'here'... #:(

I'll buy that! You can have the left half of the Island or the right, whichever. Just cleaned the cats' boxes, and the cars (snow last night), and am having my coffee. That island looks perfect just about now. They have pizza? High speed internet? Beer?

Same here, Fuzzball....

20 inches of that white fluffy shaite is predicted, just for today.

You would love a T-Shirt I used to have Fuzzy, it said "I survived 226 inches of snow." on the front of it. I was in northern Maine in the US that winter right up near the Canadian border, and brrrrrrrrrrrrrr indeed! Went to bed one night and it had just started snowing, woke up the next morning and could not even find my car, it was buried.  Got almost 5 feet of snow that night.  I think I'd take your little island any day for sure!  :P

You are getting your wish. The snow is heading your way with a forcast of 24" overnight and tomorrow morning for the south ;)

Looks like we've dodged the worst of it :sun:

More fun. Car battery died. Got jump started (thanx to my nice snow plow guy and his girl) went into town and replaced it in 18 degree cold. Could have been worse...colder.

Snow? Now we're under a snow watch until tomorrow night.

Gimme that island. Now.

Work is open tomorrow, but not until 10:00...

Time for a lie-in ;p

Oh, and if they think I'm digging the car out...well...

Best wait for the snow plough eh?
