Why does the cheat codes nolonger work in ver 1.2?

I have just updated the game to the new ver.1.2.When I am playing the game I find the cheat codes (eg:ALT+[F] will update the demi to 20th level)nolonger works.however,I can use them normally before. Who can tell me why?
