Startmenu text colour

I'm trying to edit the colour in windowsblind of a skin I use. What I want to change to change is the text colour of items on the startmenu (not the all programs part). Can anyone tell me what that is called in "change skin system colours? TIA

I believe you need to change these with SkinStudio, since the, for XP anyway, places and programs side of the start menu can be different colors.
