WB7 Start Button Problem

I've installed Win7 and WB7 and with a lot of Skins in the start button position there is a black square blinking over the right start button! I've tried to modify some options with skin studio but with no results.... can anyone help??? Thank you very much

Please post your sysinfo from WB7, and the names of some of the "uncooperative" skins. Are they UIS0, UIS1 or UIS2? Also, is the Start Button the only area affected, or areas behind the Start Menu as well?

The only area affected is the Start Button area..now i'we tried all my skin Uis0-Uis1-Uis2!!! Only with Aero Standard doesn't happen.

I think i've found the problem!!! There is an hidden tray Icon blinking in the menu of the tray (over the clock) and closing it the problem disappear. The tray is the Netgear icon...
