A search of the WC Gallery Library came up with these skins. Found no WindowBlinds
You should pm (private message) Snowman...he has an extensive library, and if it exists, he would have it. I didn't find it in the Windowblind gallery.

Yes I have it, but the T3 (for WB 4) was made by Theskinsfactory, thus I cannot share it with anyone.
It appears not to be available for public download anymore either - [LINK]
You -could- try contacting them to see if they have it available somehow/where.
