A challenge for a new skin

I am verily new on this site and this is my first post. I hope it is OK for me to do this but I would like to put out a challenge to all the many talented skinners here. My challenge is (if any would like to accept) to create a new WB theme based on the era of the 1500'S. I am not talking something that would look steampunk and not something that would look cartoonish. I have Da Vinci in mind and maybe based on his flying machine drawings. It would have to look as realistic as possible but not to over done or over the top. Ultimately it would look like it was created in 1500 and as if Da Vinci did it himself. I think this will not be an easy task but I know some of you can do it.

I came up with this idea after putting together this desktop,  https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=25896&libid=13 I thought it would be really cool to have an option for a theme that was not modern but something that looked ancient. I think many would like a theme like that and I know I would for sure.

So if you are a skinner and are looking for a new idea and a challenge than maybe you would like to take this on. If I could I would but I am void of talent or artistic ability. I seem to know only what looks decent for a desktop. Check mine out in the screenshots and see if you agree.

I hope someone will take this on and i look forward to seeing the results.

JC, you might be interested in this lady's (fellow Canadian too!) work over at deviantART --- http://samantha-wright.deviantart.com/gallery/. She has some old world icons and wallpapers that you might be interested in.

Now we're talking, this lady really does some magnificent icons and walls, etc.  I have all her Britsh Library icons and they really are something else... and being that I'm into all things hisorical/old world, they get quite a lot of use.  I made them into an IP set (for personal use) to make them easier to apply.
