Windowblinds 7 issue! Getting frustrated!!

I just downloaded Windowblinds 7 (I upgraded from 6). Well, it did not give me a direct download link through my e-mail like it did with my other Stardock purchases. So, I tried to see if I could figure something out through impulse and I can't. I have the trial verison downloaded. Does anyone know how I can get to the activation screen without hitting the "buy" tab. Would I use the same serial as WB6? I'm so confused and I just really want to use the program asap.

you must uninstall the trial version before downloading and installing the Fullversion. also you need to log in to impulse with the same email used to purcase WB.

Ok, I just tried this and I thought it was going to work but when I went to the "registration" page and hit the download button for it, it just took me to the impulse homepage. Any ideas?

open impulse, click on the far left tab, select "change login" add your login info (Email addy and password) and apply, this sould allow you to download the latest items you have purchased in the "software" tab

I did this and it is still giving me the problem. What I do after I log in is I hit "my account" and then I go to the list of my programs. Whenever I hover over the download link it just says "www.impulsedriven.com/about.asp" and when I click it, it just takes me there. My other downloads take me to the download. My WB7 doesn't do anything. Do you know of a link where I can have the download that's not the trial one? Or know what to do?

Ok it might be a registration issue, I would fire off a support ticket to Stardock, they should get it handled asap. Also try right clicking on the ? on the top right and select " look up serial unmber and enter your email address in the popup box. they will then send you all serial unmbers, then Click the "register Product" button below the? enter the info requested and it should allow acces to the download in Software tab.
