WindowBlinds 7 - Stopped working

I updated my WindowBlinds from 6 to 7 a couple of days ago and it was fine, apart from not being as easy to use as v6.

Today when I switched my PC on the Windows came up in Classic theme, which is awful. I normally have it set to Random so I get a different theme every day. The random option won't work and no matter what theme I select I get Windows XP.

I've rebooted and now I can change theme but when I do the screen changes resolution.

 

I've removed v7 and I'm going back to v6 which is easier to use and better layed out.

Terry...sorry for the problem. Maybe you should open a ticket with tech support, just realize that they won't be back until Monday.

What specifically do you find hard to use in WB7?

The layout isn't as easy to use as v6, the random options are harder to find and the fact that you only get a list of skin names in the random box is a pain, its much easier if you get some kind of preview of the skin.

 

It doesn't matter now as I've reverted to v6 because v7 doesn't work.

Applying a WB skin will never change the screen resolution (WB isn't capable of that)

If this is happening you have something else going on.

Like I said it doesn't matter now, I've gone back to v6 because v7 wasn't as user-friendly and didn't work.
