help with AfterEffects(AE)CS4

as it relates to the making of Dreams

a few of you have asked if I had After Effects in your Dream comments at the time I didn't but now I have it ...

So any tips and hints on how to apply ( AE )  to better Dream making would be helpful    ......

I also have premiere pro - if needed........

main problem is looping and converting wmv files to Mpeg2 ...

But, from you AE pros out there help is always welcome - i have had a couple tips from

a couple people - so thanks for those ... but it looks like more tips and helpful hints are needed ,,, Thanks Az ... o_O
