Deskscapes Issue

I'm having a problem with this program. My computer meets all of the minimum requirements, but I keep getting that windows error messgae where it wants me to send a report. I click don't send and the program closes. Why is this happening and is there a fix for it? Any suggestions are welcome.

I am using Windows XP Pro and some of the wallpapers cause the program to crash for some reason. The Planktonic one is the worst.
