Reverts to Windows Classic mode

WB7 only works for the Aero type skins provided on WB7 - the ones that show a blue circle while applying. As soon as I try to apply any of the others, it reverts back to Windows classic. I get the initial logo of the particular skin popping up, e.g. the Stardock logo, and it looks like it tries twice to apply the skin, but then settles for Windows Classic.

Very odd...haven't heard this one before. Can you put your system info up? Also, what kind of third party security software do you have going?

You might try uninstalling through Impulse, rebooting, turning off AV and FW. reinstalling through Impulse and then rebooting.

*edit: Please open a ticket at SD support if you haven't done so already and add the url of this thread. Also, please let all of us know how this problem was resolved. Thanks.

I had some weird issues when updating to the latest beta a few minutes ago. An extra reboot sorted that out.

Try updating, it may sort the issue. :)
