Tower Stat Mod for TheRook

Hello DemiMods,

 

Since i play around a bit with The Rook i really miss a GUI stat bar for the towers...

 

when i summon a tower..it would be cool to see its lifetime in seconds go down, and the number of towers u have out should be shown aswell...because i like to stack the towers into each other...

 

would be awesome for generals aswell to see how many of their special minions are summoned atm...

 

p.s.  i really appreciate ur effort ...i cant be of much help...cause im modding nooob...big respect

I would love to do it but such changes have to do with the UI. I am fine as a modder for demigod in favor items or regular items ONLY, but such UI changes are beyond my capabilities.

I am noob so i cant do that kind of modding (wish i could), but maybe in some time i will have better understandin of LUA code, and maybe make it for you.

Until then, there some skilled modders here. Ask around

you should ask the guy, who made that mana/hp on scrollover mod. i dont mean the hp/mana text mod but the one where you can see your mates hp and mana. i looked at the lua code and he seems to have good understanding of the API and thats what you need for such a mod which is btw. not as easy as it may sound.

chirmaya it is.

perhaps he is one of the developers or he knows a way to generate some sort of documentation out of the lua files. the biggest problem for me actually is to find the points where to hook in to do something because the windows search doesnt look into the lua files and i didnt spend too much time to find a way to search for strings in the whole lua folder automatically .
