Thumbnail behind tile/background

Hi,

 

Does anyone suffer with the minimized program's thumbnail appearing behind the dock background?

The icons sit in front of the tile, but the thumbnails appear behind. Is there a way to fix this?

Does this happen with everything, or just certain programs?
Has it been this way since day one?
What dock background are you using?  It doesn't look like one of the standard ones.  Does it happen with the built in ones?

Hi,

 

It happens with all minimized programs when it shows the thumbnail. The program icons display correctly though.

 

I am using Black Glass Dock by Mirsguy (link) however it appears to happen in all of the 'tile' docks.

 

I'm not sure if i've always had this problem or whether ive just noticed it.
