Coding Issue Maybe?? Help Anyone

I am coding this dock for iDock Project and I think im having a problem with it. The dock itself looks alright but when I use magnification only the dock icons zoom and not the dock too. Why is that?

So there isn't a code that is going to make the dock zoom with the icons? So no matter what I do then the dock wont zoom too right?
