Lost a game I never played

If this isn't some bullshit.. I am looking at my stats and I lost a game I never played!   I feel like this game owes me a refund.

It happens, raise a ticket with stardock on their official channels so they can get a feel for how often this sort of thing occurs/how to fix it/so you can feel like you did the right thing.
