Manosteel Has something Missing

Manosteel has something missing !! Oh yea no programs access. Down at the start button ckick on and there is no way to access your programs. Please fix this I really like it and want to use it. Thanks Rick

Are you referring to the WindowBlind by that name? LINK If so more info will help.What OS and SP are you using. Also,open WB config and go to the system info tab,copy and paste it here.
