I think HorseRadish's Erebus build is very fun, and effective:

You stack 'Evasion' staying with low life but high dodge, giving the false impression of weaknes.

Yep I love this build people think I am so weak had a game yesterday other team was trying to double gank me like crazy evade is so awesome!!!!

I'm pretty sure this is the most unique build:

Though I can also say I had fun with Blinkebus. Batswarm, Cloak of the Night, and the short range teleport Trinket. You can bend space and time to your will! (Sadly it is at a high cost).

rofl blinkebus is sweet :P  too bad warpstone and cloak of night share a cd tho : (  Still. .with the other 3, you can totally go from teh fort flag to a portal flag in 3 teleports and not take any dmg even with all 3 towers up.  hahahaha

Sedna: Full Yeti minion build with max magnificant presence...

...oh wait, you said "actually effective"

Bat Swarm and Cloak dont share a CD also?

I tried the Erebus evade build....was ok but I think I like the HP stacking one more. Need to practice with it more too.

Sorry, not warpstone, Cloak of Elven Kind.  It's... a little pricey, but hey, more blink is better blink. I recall testing this out a while back to make sure, and yeah, they don't share cool downs.

Hammer Rook

I wonder how much time people will continue to think hammer Rook is "funny". Altought it's funny to play, it's really a strong build. And better than pure tower imo. Too few good hammer players in this game?!

Why cant you just play towers AND hammer rook. You can play both of them at the same time very easily.

I go towers up until level 5 than I switch over to pure hammer. So level 2 towers with hammer 4 at level 10.

Only to an extent.  I think the real difference between Tower Rook, and Hammer rook, are that Hammer Rook also has shoulder mounts. At level 10, everyone should have hammer slam 4, and probably Boulder Roll 2.  But that's only 6 skills out of your 10 at that point.  How many towers/shoulder mounts you fill in is really the meat of the build.

Not really effective but I love cramming alot of speed items on fast toons like UB or Ereb.  I just like zipping around fast.  Sometimes on Patheon against AI try silly builds.
